Recently, I watched a wonderful documentary by the minimalists, Joshua Fields Millburn and Ryan Nicodemus. They give people permission to downsize their stuff to have more peace and time to do what truly matters.
Next, I watched Joshua Becker and The Minimalist Mom.
The minimal mindset really got me thinking about how to apply minimalist principles to other areas of my life. So, I created this under four minutes video for you to think about ways to reduce calendar clutter for more peace and happiness.
Living the STRONG life is all about being strong and fulfilled instead of drained and depleted. The O in STRONG stands for Omit Negative. What is one thing you can omit from your calendar today that no longer serves you?
